Infectious Canine Hepatitis virus (ICHV) belongs to the Adenoviridae family and can cause acute septic infections in dogs. Detection of ICHV IgG antibody in dogs can reflect the immune status of the body.
Canine Parvovirus (CPV) belongs to the genus Parvovirus in the family Parvoviridae and can cause virulent infectious diseases in dogs. Detection of CPV IgG antibody in dogs can reflect the immune status of the body.
Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) belongs to the genus Measles Virus in the family Paramyxoviridae, and can cause virulent infectious diseases in dogs. Detection of CDV IgG antibodies in dogs reflects the immune status of the organism.
Clinical significance:
1) for pre-immunization assessment of the organism;
2) for detection of antibody titers in the organism after immunization;
3) for early detection and diagnosis during canine S. cerevisiae infection.
This product is designed for the quantitative analysis of CPV/CDV/ICHV IgG antibodies in canine blood by fluorescence immunochromatography. The basic principle: T1, T2, T3 and C lines are drawn on the nitrocellulose membrane. The binding pad is sprayed with a fluorescent nanomaterial marker that can specifically recognize the three kinds of antibodies. The CPV/CDV/ICHV IgG antibody in the sample first combines with the nanomaterial marker to form a complex, and then chromatographs upward, and the complex combines with the corresponding T1, T2, and T3 lines, and the nanomaterials emit fluorescent signals when irradiated with excitation light. The intensity of the signal is positively correlated with the concentration of IgG antibody in the sample.
Since its establishment, our factory has been develop first world class products with adhering the principle
