Canine Coronavirus (CCV) belongs to the Coronaviridae family, genus Coronavirus, and is a highly pathogenic infectious disease in dogs. Common clinical symptoms include gastroenteritis, specifically manifested as vomiting, diarrhea, and anorexia. Reliable and effective detection plays a crucial role in guiding prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
This product employs a fluorescent immunochromatographic assay to quantitatively detect CCV in canine fecal samples.Basic Principle:The nitrocellulose membrane is pre-coated with a T line (test line) and a C line (control line). The T line is coated with antibody "a" that specifically recognizes CCV antigens. The conjugate pad contains antibody "b" labeled with fluorescent nanoparticles, which also specifically binds to CCV.When a sample is applied, CCV antigens in the sample first bind to the fluorescent nanoparticle-labeled antibody "b" to form a complex. This complex then migrates upward via capillary action. Upon reaching the T line, the complex further binds to antibody "a," forming a sandwich structure. Under excitation light, the fluorescent nanoparticles emit signals, and the intensity of these signals is directly proportional to the CCV concentration in the sample.
